Course Cancellation/ Refund Policies:
In the event the course is cancelled by National Mortgage Learning Institute students will be refunded 100% of the course price.
Cancellation requests received 30 days before the course commences will be charged a $55.00 processing fee to cover the cost of the course textbook. All other remaining fees that were collected at time of registration will be refunded. Cancellation requests 7 days or less before the event will receive no refund. Student Privacy Policy
Policy:
National Mortgage Learning Institute LLC (“NMLI”) protects its students’ information that we collect upon registering for the course as well as any requirements as determined by the NMLS throughout the course.
Scope:
Students private information is our priority. This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) covers privacy practices with respect to “Personally Identifiable Information” (as further defined below) that is transmitted electronically via the web, telephone, face-to-face or mail.
Responsible Parties:
Instructors, Administrative Assistant(s) and all other staff ensure that students’ information is safe and secure.
Process/ Procedures: We do not collect any Personally Identifiable Information without the students’ volunteering to provide us with it. This information may be collected when they:
- Register for the course
- Submit their credit card for processing a payment when ordering and purchasing products and services on our Site
- Present Personal Identification as per NMLS requirements for the 20-hour pre-licensing course
“Personally Identifiable Information” includes but is not limited to: name, address, telephone, wireless and/or fax number; text message address or other wireless device addresses; instant messaging address; credit card and other payment information and/or any other information that may identify the student as an individual or allow online or offline contact with the student as an individual.
If the student registers for the course with a credit card, Personally Identifiable information (such as name and shipping address) and financial information (credit card number an expiration date) may be required. This information may be used for billing and to complete registration.
National Mortgage Learning Institute will not sell, share, or rent Personally Identifiable Information other than those disclosed below in the “Sharing Personally Identifiable Information” section of this privacy policy.
Sharing Personally Identifiable Information:
We may share Personally Identifiable Information for program purposes and to ensure satisfactory completion of said courses as required by the NMLS, or as required by a government entity.
We may use the student’s Personally Identifiable Information to respond to requests and inquiries and to provide the student with the services and features offered on or through the website. With your permission, we may use your contact information to send you information about our company and products. You may always opt out of receiving future mailings as provided below.
Notification of Changes:
Any changes made to our Privacy Policy will be posted to the home page of our website. Any changes made will be effective when posted.
